• Be responsible for all activity under their account

5.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

5.2 Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.3 Cancellation

Users may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

5.4 Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable, including subscriptions and credit purchases, except where required by applicable law.

6.1 Purchase of Credits

Users may purchase credits to interact with AI Avatars.

6.2 Usage

Credits can be used for sending likes, stars, or other engagement features.

6.3 Expiration

Credits expire one (1) month after purchase.

6.4 No Monetary Value

Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Users may submit content including comments or uploads. By submitting content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content.

Users are responsible for ensuring their content:

• Does not violate any laws
• Does not infringe intellectual property rights
• Is not harmful, abusive, or inappropriate

Users agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit AI systems
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Upload harmful or infringing content

All content, including AI Avatars, software, and platform design, is owned by or licensed to the Company.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

AI Avatars are entirely computer-generated and do not represent real individuals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

All avatars, models, and interactions on the Service are generated using artificial intelligence and do not represent real individuals.

Users acknowledge that interactions are with AI systems and not real people.

The Service is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee accuracy, realism, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Users must:

• Be respectful
• Avoid abusive, harmful, or illegal content

• Hate speech
• Harassment
• Illegal materials
• Copyright infringement

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts.

Credits are virtual goods used within the Service.

Credits do not constitute property and have no real-world value.

Credits expire one (1) month after purchase.

Credits are non-refundable under all circumstances except where required by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

We are not responsible for:

• User-generated content
• Third-party services
• Technical interruptions
